Imagine a lush garden, the scent of dew mingling with that of hot coffee, the day breaking, a few lounge chairs… Welcome to the Garden Readings! Since 2019, the Fritz Stephan guesthouse in Waldersbach has been a place of hospitality, creativity, celebration, and discovery for the entire festival team. For the second time, the public is invited to enjoy readings of contemporary, non-theatrical texts. Each reading is a surprise—you’ll come without knowing what you’re about to experience! The artistic ensemble has given itself carte blanche to share, in all simplicity, words that have moved them, made them think, dream, and grow—words that have inspired them to read and recite them, as closely as possible to the audience.
