The Natzweiler-Struthof Camp Memorial is a place where memories intertwine.
From the very first commemorations, held even before the end of World War II, to the major restoration projects underway today, the site has continually evolved to preserve the traces of the past and pass them on to future generations.
This guided tour invites you to discover the different stages of this memorial’s development through iconic sites: the ash pit, the white cross, the memorial monument inaugurated by General de Gaulle, the national necropolis, the European Center for Deported Resistance Fighters, and the kitchen barracks, which are currently being restored.
