Yves Meztzger, Auberge Metzger. Yves is obsessed with the area. His passion for catering comes from having grown up in his parents' village café which became a go-to for visiting ramblers. After working in some of Strasbourg's best hotels, Yves took over the family guesthouse in 1980 and, loyal to his village of Natzwiller, slowly turned it into a cosy hotel and restaurant. This is where he concocts, revisits and cooks dishes rooted in the Alsatian land that are refined, stylish and delicious. His greatest success? Keeping deliciously warm and ever-friendly hospitality alive under the same roof for three generations.
