European Heritage Days : The museum is a place of expression which relates one of the leading figures of 18th century Alsace, Jean-Fréderic Oberlin, pastor, pedagogue, botanist, rural animator and defender of human rights. In this museum it is not a question of looking passively at an object, a picture, a label, but of perceiving, listening, reading, building, manipulating, feeling in order to understand the divine complexity of the pastor of Waldersbach.
