Our quality commitements : The Quality

On July 15th 2008, the Bruche Valley Tourist Information Centre was the first Alsatian Tourist Information Centre awarded Tourism Quality Label. This label asks to fulfill 161 criteria from a national curriculum.
In 2019, this award has been renewed to the Bruche Valley Tourist Information Centre for three years.

Dedicated to a long term commitment to this certification ,the aim of the Bruche Valley Tourist Information Centre is to : “provide a qualified service to satisfy the client and suppliers” in all circumstances.

It has adopted the label

01/10 > 14/06	From Monday to Friday from 10am to 12 and 2 to 5pm Closed on Thusday morning 8th May & Ascension : 10am to 1pm
15/06 > 30/09	From Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12 and 2 to 6pm (Saturday only to 5pm) Sunday and public holidays from 10am to 1pm
